ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the qualifications and sales price specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's İPEK VİZYON EL DOKUMA HALI PAZARLAMA TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. website.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

• 4.1- The BUYER declares that they have read and informed themselves about the basic characteristics, sales price, and payment method of the product subject to the contract on the İPEK VİZYON EL DOKUMA HALI PAZARLAMA TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. website.
• 4.2- The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period explained in the preliminary information on the internet site, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
• 4.7- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the time due to force majeure, they are obliged to notify the BUYER. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be paid to them in cash and completely within 14 days.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY (14 DAYS)

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the contracted product to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is required to notify the SELLER by email or telephone within this period and the product must be unused within the framework of the provisions of Article 6. In case of exercising this right, it is obligatory to return the original invoice. The product price is refunded to the BUYER within 14 days following the receipt of these documents. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

Products customized with a special cutting process are not eligible for exchange or return. All products outside the standard sizes fall into the special cutting class:

80x150 – 80x300 – 100x200 – 100x300 – 120x180 – 160x230 – 200x290

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned by nature, single-use products, or perishable products.
